Ms. Punam kumari has more than seven year’s experiences in industry and academics. She has completed her B.Sc in chemistry and Masters in Journalism and Mass Communication from Banaras Hindu University. She is three times UGC NET qualified and also pursuing her Ph.d from United University, Pragayraj, U.P. Ms. Punam has also completed her Post Graduation Diploma in Audio Program Production from IGNOU. She has also done certificate course in Human Rights from IGNOU and Polish language course from Banaras Hindu University. She was also a part of Everest pre expedition one month tour from BHU, where she worked as an information officer.
Ms. Punam kumari has received “Best Young Media Educator in 16th Media Excellence Award from Media Federation of India. She was also graced with the Sahyogi Samman from Sampark Karti Pariwar at National Women’s Summit.

Attended a three days national seminar on “HEALTH COMMUNICATION”, which was held in Banaras Hindu University and presented my own research paper on “Status of knowledge about Anemia among young women of Varanasi”.
Attended two days International Conference on GDKP at IMS Noida and presented my research paper on Representation of women in Daily Soap operas.
Attended two days International Conference on Building Resilience and Sustainability for India in an ever-changing Turbulent World: A Vision for 2030 " on 21st-22nd April 2022 and also presented my research paper on “ Role of OTT Platforms in minimizing the social and ethical values of society”.
Participated one day online webinar titled “Media Research writing” organised by Integrated Society of media Professionals.
